He contacted us as soon as I posted on thumbtack and came over here late that evening, after a 100 min drive from the other side of Houston where he lives. He took a careful look at our system, including climbing up in the attic and after a careful consideration offered us a tremendous deal to replace the whole system. It was a small fraction of what the others were charging. We just had very positive vibes from the whole interaction, his demeanor, the details he was offering, so we accepted on the spot. We felt he treated us like family. They came the very next morning (Majed and 2 of his workers) and brought a quality SEER 15.2 system (good efficiency) from Carrier. Over the next 5 hours they worked with great attention to detail. It was extremely professionally done. The system is quiet, works like a charm and we also got a neat WiFi thermostat that we didn't have before. We were treated with the greatest courtesy and professionalism.
