Majed from Comfort Life HVAC came to our rescue when we needed to fix our ac and another company didn't deliver an appropriate solution, so we had to scramble with a limping ac.

He contacted us as soon as I posted on thumbtack and came over here late that evening, after a 100 min drive from the other side of Houston where he lives.

He took a careful look at our system, including climbing up in the attic and after a careful consideration offered us a tremendous deal to replace the whole system.  It was a small fraction of what the others were charging.

We just had very positive vibes from the whole interaction, his demeanor, the details he was offering, so we accepted on the spot.  We felt he treated us like family.

They came the very next morning (Majed and 2 of his workers) and brought a quality SEER 15.2 system (good efficiency) from Carrier.  Over the next 5 hours they worked with great attention to detail.  It was extremely professionally done.

The system is quiet, works like a charm and we also got a neat WiFi thermostat that we didn't have before.  We were treated with the greatest courtesy and professionalism.

We're very pleased with the installation of new system by Comfort Life HVAC technicians. Their service is exceptionally high quality, from attention to technical details to precision in manual execution. It even looks nice. The lead technician is extremely dedicated to delivering the high standard in his work. He is setting the bar high for the competition. They are all very friendly, polite and patient with nervous customers, and ready to answer any questions, verbally and with pictures, with clear explanations. Our expectations were exceeded and we now enjoy the comfort of our home with peace of mind that we can always count on attentive and responsive Mr. Majed Hmaidan. He's not only extremely well organized and easy to communicate with but also very focused on customer satisfaction and honest practice.
